The coronavirus epidemic and reopening local counties has proven to be a very confusing time. It can be hard to know what’s open and what’s closed and it’s restrictions, regardless of what internet postings and media say. To clear up at least a little confusion, Mike Diamond has decided to update our customers as to the status of our business by posting answers to the COVID-19-related questions we’re most frequently asked.

Here’s what you should know about calling Mike Diamond in the time of the coronavirus:

Is Mike Diamond open?

Yes. Every Mike Diamond location is open and ready to help with your plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical needs. If you need home repair help, just contact us!

Will COVID-19 affect Mike Diamond’s hours or services?

No. All of Mike Diamond’s service locations are open for all regular hours of business and offer all of our regular services. We anticipate no service disruption to our customers at this time. When you call Mike Diamond during shelter in place, expect the same great service we always provide.

How is Mike Diamond keeping customers and employees safe during the COVID-19 outbreak?

Until further notice, all Mike Diamond employees will continue to work alone whenever possible. We will wash or sanitize our hands before entering homes or touching anything inside, maintain 6 feet of distance from our customers while working, and wear appropriate protective gear including latex gloves and floor savers (shoe covers) at all times.
